C.I is not reinventing the wheel, it's
emphasizing a new kind of wheel.

Chances are you are one of the tens of if not a hundred or more millions of American citizens that have never seen an autism and developmental disability product. While American made lost its grip on the market place many years ago compassionate industry products never really seemed to surface in the mainstream at all. Of the millions of dollars regionally in California that have been spent developmental disability employment awareness has hardly scratched the surface of the market.

The task put in the hands of Compassionate Integrations (C.I) in less then three years, one disability leadership and only fifteen thousand dollars including Social Security Administration funding market penetration has succeeded. No where else in the United States is it believed that an autism and developmental disability product is so visible on the community level then in Humboldt County California. This national rarity with disability leadership has far exceeded the visibility produced by individuals without autism whom are paid handsomely to develop and enhance employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.

The first candle project was featured in the front pages of two local newspapers as an autism and developmental disability product. With humble origins at the Fortuna Farmers Market leap by leap later with featured product displays at local businesses and numerous generous radio sponsorships this organization has far exceeded what could have been perceived originally as grandiose hopes. The candles are just the beginning of many products to come to employ individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in Humboldt County.

With over ten thousand candles distributed and in the hands of locals, tourists and customer family and friends afar C.I is likely to rank as the number one local candle maker. With this funding Compassionate Integrations is developing new products to employ qualifying participants with developmental disabilities as defined by California Law. At any and all means will opportunity be developed to enhance and make possible employment opportunities for those commonly left out.
