Creating Employment Equality.

Facilitating Employment Opportunity.

Increasing Independence
 Through Gainful Activities.

SSI / SSDI to Work!

The disability to work industry from my point of view counters structural inequalities societally of what individuals with disabilities face in society. By formulating the structural accommodations required for the differing needs in the disability community equality is made more possible in employment. Not just physical handicap but psychosocially given unique personality qualities, psycho-developmental and psycho-educational uniqueness's.

Instead of the mainstream standard and expectation the D2W industry is about accommodation and facilitating around the difficulties to achieve individuated success and with the unique individual gifts that all people offer. Instead of saying no, being indifferent and trying to save a few bucks by not dealing with difficulties we are embraced by D2W facilitators.

An industry ethic therefore exists in true manifestations. That the industry is the helping hand and the motivator, facilitator and the companion in the journeys to success. Facilitating for what employers typically avoid is one reason out of many to support the D2W industry in our economy and as well as with your vote. Equality need no longer be a dream and what might have been improbable or even impossible yesterday is made more possible in this new day.

A hardcore competitors excuse is that's just business while a business of equality gives it a try. The D2W industry is a competitor of equality that partners with mainstream businesses whom believe in equality. Eventually the point of the D2W industry is that when possible mainstream employment integrations are made through business partnerships, the development of skills obtained in D2W environments that help during regular non-facilitated employment attempts and trial and error arrangements with open-minded businesses.

To what extent might the industry facilitated employment opportunities go? I wouldn't expect a D2W grocery store, real-estate company, bank or newspaper. More like hot dog stand, lawn care, housecleaning and homemade like but group based professional products like catnip, soap and jam and as well as maybe outsourced web hosting perhaps with employee training program. The industry is nothing the mainstream should fear competitively but rather embrace economically.

Thank you for reading the introduction.
