Sponsors

Businesses willing to sponsor four to five hours of employment training with a job coach a month. C.I will provide a job coach or one of the social service organizations C.I works with will provide the job coach free. Designed to be extremely affordable different participants will be provided the opportunity. The homed in skills will prove to you that you can feasibly include directly.

Job Coaches


C.I is accepting on it's waiting list resume submissions. Volunteers and employees are compensated for miles at government regulated rates. Applicants should be desiring social service training and have experience in at least one of the following fields.

1. Business
2. Social Networking
3. Arts & Crafts
4. Retail
5. Manufacturing
6. Accounting
7. Teaching
8. Social Services
9. You are an individual with disabilities.

All applicants are required to have a background check and finger printing. Mandatory training such as CPR certification, rights and dignities and service protocol. Three month trial employment with written exams. If you are discouraged that you may fail the trial then you are likely a good employee.

C.I will pay higher then average hourly wages and employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. C.I is setting a new standard but will have fun in the process. Employees are required to follow the rules voted in by individuals with developmental disabilities so as long as they do not conflict with mandates. You are hired to help in a way that assists in the prosperity of participants. Creative involvement is welcome.

RCRC Consumer Employment

If you are a Regional Center consumer or you are a parent or guardian there is a placement waiting list. This means as soon as the process of establishing a work center is complete C.I will notify you of available employment services.
