Formulated as a bold move in the right direction for the D2W industry sustained sales and lots of hard work in promotion have equated to a simi-viable mechanism of employment. At current the F.C candle brand is one of the only income sources for C.I aside from federal grant money which was quickly spent on bulk supplies. External funding of up to $5,000 a year is provided from private sources in order to sustain the company while it safely establishes itself. Always thinking about stability overhead costs are kept very low, employees become accustomed to reduced hours during low demand periods and a sustainable maintained demand is attempted through creative marketing.

Lawn Care, Housekeeping and Mobile Car Wash

Reaching For Independence Inc., a local non-profit 501c3 caters to the employment facilitations of people with developmental related disabilities. Funded by the Redwood Coast Regional Center from tax-payer dollars RFI has achieved 55 clients from which people with developmental disabilities earn wages. Consumers of RCRC spend time learning how to properly do housekeeping and get paid to do it regularly. This along with a stable and robust lawn care demand. C.I's mission is to promote the facilitator as it is an organization of employment equality and possibilities. Numerous local articles were done on the company by C.I in the Humboldt Beacon. At this time other marketing projects for them are being arranged by C.I. In addition to some marketing assistencies C.I is developing RFI's website.
